eqpathy ("we") is a playful app that lets you chat with your horse and collect personality cards. This policy explains what we collect and why. The data controller is Velogait ([[ŞİRKET UNVANI VE ADRESİ]]), contact: privacy@eqpathy.com.

What we collect

• Without an account: the rider and horse names you type, your chat and card progress and your settings are stored only in your browser (local storage). They never leave your device unless you sign in.
• Account (Google or Apple sign-in): your email address, the name your provider shares and a provider user ID. With "Hide my email", Apple gives us a relay address instead.
• Profile: display name, username, bio, club, discipline, mood, avatar settings, horse names and photos you upload, privacy and notification preferences.
• Game data: cards you open (personality type, tier, date), collection, streak and friendships/invites.
• Usage analytics: anonymous events such as "card opened" or "share opened", with a random device ID, page path, language and country (from IP, the IP itself is not stored). We also use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies.

What you type in the chat is processed on your device to build the card; it is not sent to our servers.

Why we use it (legal basis)

• To provide the service you asked for: account, profile, friends, cards (performance of contract).
• To send service emails: welcome email and friend request notifications, which you can turn off in settings or with the link in each email (legitimate interest).
• To understand and improve the app with aggregate analytics (legitimate interest).

We do not sell your data and we do not show ads.

Who processes it

• Supabase (database, authentication, file storage), region: EU (Ireland, eu-west-1).
• Cloudflare (hosting, security, cookieless analytics).
• Resend (sending emails).
• Google and Apple (only if you choose to sign in with them).

Some of these providers may process data outside your country, including the USA, under standard contractual clauses.

Who can see your profile

By default your name, username, avatar, horses and card stats are visible to other eqpathy users so friends can find you. You can set your profile to "Friends" only in profile settings. Your email is never shown to other users.

How long we keep it

As long as your account exists. Analytics events are kept for up to 24 months. When you delete your account, your profile, photos, cards and friendships are deleted immediately; analytics events are detached from your account.

Your rights

You can access, correct, export or delete your data and object to processing. Delete your account any time in Profile → Settings → Delete account (see how), or email privacy@eqpathy.com. You may also complain to your data protection authority (in Türkiye: KVKK; in the EU: your local DPA).

Children

eqpathy is not intended for children under 13. If you are under the age of digital consent in your country, ask a parent before creating an account.

Changes

We will post changes here and update the date above. Significant changes will be announced in the app.

Topladığımız veriler

• Hesapsız kullanımda: yazdığın binici ve at adları, sohbet ve kart ilerlemen, ayarların yalnızca tarayıcında (yerel depolama) tutulur; giriş yapmadıkça cihazından çıkmaz.
• Hesap (Google veya Apple ile giriş): e-posta adresin, sağlayıcının paylaştığı ad ve sağlayıcı kullanıcı kimliği. Apple'da "E-postamı gizle" seçersen bize yönlendirme adresi iletilir.
• Profil: görünen ad, kullanıcı adı, biyografi, kulüp, disiplin, ruh hali, avatar ayarları, at adları ve yüklediğin fotoğraflar, gizlilik ve bildirim tercihleri.
• Oyun verileri: açtığın kartlar (kişilik tipi, seviye, tarih), koleksiyon, seri, arkadaşlıklar ve davetler.
• Kullanım analitiği: "kart açıldı", "paylaşım açıldı" gibi olaylar; rastgele cihaz kimliği, sayfa yolu, dil ve ülke (IP'den çıkarılır, IP saklanmaz). Çerez kullanmayan Cloudflare Web Analytics de kullanılır.

Sohbette yazdıkların kartı oluşturmak için cihazında işlenir; sunucularımıza gönderilmez.

İşleme amaçları ve hukuki sebep

• İstediğin hizmeti sunmak: hesap, profil, arkadaşlar, kartlar (sözleşmenin ifası).
• Hizmet e-postaları: hoş geldin e-postası ve arkadaşlık isteği bildirimleri; ayarlardan veya e-postadaki bağlantıdan kapatılabilir (meşru menfaat).
• Toplu analitikle uygulamayı geliştirmek (meşru menfaat).

Verilerini satmayız, reklam göstermeyiz.

Veri işleyenler ve aktarım

Supabase (veritabanı, kimlik doğrulama, dosya depolama; bölge: AB (İrlanda, eu-west-1)), Cloudflare (barındırma, güvenlik, çerezsiz analitik), Resend (e-posta gönderimi), Google ve Apple (yalnızca onlarla giriş yaparsan). Bu sağlayıcılar verileri ABD dahil yurt dışında işleyebilir; aktarım, standart sözleşme hükümleri ve KVKK m.9 kapsamındaki güvenceler ile yapılır.

Profilini kim görebilir

Varsayılan olarak adın, kullanıcı adın, avatarın, atların ve kart istatistiklerin arkadaşlarının seni bulabilmesi için diğer kullanıcılara görünür. Profil ayarlarından "Arkadaşlar" seçeneğiyle kısıtlayabilirsin. E-posta adresin hiçbir zaman diğer kullanıcılara gösterilmez.

Saklama süresi

Hesabın var olduğu sürece. Analitik olayları en fazla 24 ay saklanır. Hesabını sildiğinde profilin, fotoğrafların, kartların ve arkadaşlıkların hemen silinir; analitik olayları hesabınla ilişkisi kesilerek anonim kalır.

Hakların

Verilerine erişme, düzeltme, aktarma, silme ve işlemeye itiraz etme hakların vardır. Hesabını dilediğin an Profil → Ayarlar → Hesabı sil yoluyla silebilir (nasıl?) ya da privacy@eqpathy.com adresine yazabilirsin. Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurulu'na şikâyette bulunma hakkın saklıdır.

Çocuklar

eqpathy 13 yaş altı çocuklara yönelik değildir. Ülkendeki dijital rıza yaşının altındaysan hesap açmadan önce velinden izin al.
